Sarah Glenn has been named the PCA’s Vitality IT20 Women’s Player of the Summer, after claiming 14 wickets in seven IT20 appearances for England.
A graduate of the Derbyshire Women & Girls’ Pathway, Glenn has featured in 81 all format international fixtures for England since 2019, claiming 101 wickets and being ranked among the best white ball spinners on the planet.
This summer, Glenn starred for England in series against Pakistan and New Zealand, with her best IT20 figures coming against the former at Edgbaston to kick off the summer schedule.
She will travel to the UAE for this month’s ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, alongside fellow Derbyshire Women & Girls Pathway graduates, Bess Heath and Danni Wyatt, as England look to claim silverware after a string of record-breaking summers.
Glenn has also become a key member of the England ODI squad, and will face the West Indies at The County Ground on Friday 30 May 2025, with tickets set to go on general sale from Thursday 10 October 2024.
