Derbyshire’s 2025 Rothesay County Championship and Metro Bank One-Day Cup fixtures have now been revealed.
Following the release of the 2025 Vitality Blast fixtures last week, the full summer schedule for Derbyshire Men and Women has now been confirmed, with the first-class season kicking off with against Gloucestershire at Derby from Friday 4 April.
The first white-ball action of the season will see Jon Dyson’s Derbyshire Falcons Women travel to the Seat Unique Stadium to face Gloucestershire in the Metro Bank One-Day Cup on Saturday 19 April.

The BRM Chesterfield Festival of Cricket returns from Saturday 28 June and will see seven action-packed days under the crooked spire at Queen’s Park, kicking off with Derbyshire Falcons Women vs Worcestershire Rapids in the Vitality Blast on Saturday 28 June, before Derbyshire Men host Lancashire in a County Championship fixture from Sunday 29 June. Two further T20s will be played at the venue as part of the festival, with The Blaze taking on Hampshire, before the Falcons Men face Yorkshire Vikings on Sunday 6 July.

Derbyshire Falcons Men will welcome Notts Outlaws, Worcestershire, Surrey and Essex to The County Ground for 50-over cricket, throughout August, meaning all four home games will be played during the six weeks holidays.
