Some of the world’s best players will be in action at The Central Co-op County Ground in 2026, as England Women return to Derby for two huge fixtures.
England already boast the world’s best ODI all-rounder, Nat Sciver-Brunt, and the number one ranked white-ball spinner on the planet, Sophie Ecclestone, and they will be joined by the likes of Suzie Bates and Amelia Kerr, as the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup winners, New Zealand, come to Derby on Wednesday 20 May.
Then, on Thursday 3 September, Orla Prendergast and Ireland will face England Women in a Metro Bank One-Day International, with Derbyshire Women & Girls Pathway alumni, Sarah Glenn and Bess Heath, hoping to make their mark on home soil.
