Another 3,000 supporters are expected to enjoy Friday night cricket in the sunshine at The 3aaa County Ground tomorrow as Derbyshire Falcons take on Durham Jets; 7pm start.

Over 3,400 spectators witnessed Derbyshire defeat Lancashire by five wickets last Friday and another bumper crowd is due to turnout for tomorrow’s clash as Graeme Welch’s men look to record back-to-back wins in the competition.

Australian Big Bash bowler Nathan Rimmington is in contention to make his Falcons debut alongside fellow overseas player Tillakaratne Dilshan, with the Sri Lanka featuring in a Derbyshire for the first time in last Friday’s triumph.

Durham have included England sensation Ben Stokes in their squad as well as the big-hitting John Hastings and former England Ashes winners Paul Collingwood and Graham Onions.

Following feedback from supporters, the Club will be opening four more bars this Friday with a number of Bottle Bars located around the ground. In total, there will be 12 more beer pumps installed for this week’s game to help serve people more efficiently on the night.

Supporters are advised to avoid congestion by turning up as early as possible, with gates opening at 5pm. There will be also be a post-match party in the Greene King IPA Marquee where a DJ will be playing and the bar will be open until late.
