Derbyshire were bowled out for 126 on the final day and Worcestershire chased down 87 to win by nine wickets at Belper Meadows CC in the Second XI Championship.
Derbyshire resumed on the morning of Day Three on 80-3, and once Callum Brodrick fell on 33 with the score 90-4, the hosts began to collapse.
From then they lost seven wickets for 36 runs as Josh Tongue (4-30) and Dillon Pennington (3-19) ripped through the middle order.
All out for 126, Derbyshire set the visitors just 87 runs to win and the openers made light work of the chase in the afternoon of the final day.
Olly Westbury built on his 31 in the first innings to reach his half-century and take Worcestershire to victory on 87-1, closing on 51 not out after Tom Fell earlier made 32.
