Matt Critchley reached a maiden century at Lord’s and claimed four wickets as Derbyshire kept themselves in the Specsavers County Championship match away to Middlesex.
The all-rounder added 18 runs to his overnight score to notch his third first-class century as Derbyshire were all out for 295 after avoiding the follow-on.
His leg spin proved crucial in the evening session as Derbyshire reduced Middlesex to 199-7 with a lead of 327 runs heading into the final day.
