Luis Reece impressed on his return to The 3aaa County Ground by hitting a half-century and taking four wickets on Day One versus Gloucestershire.
The all-rounder top-scored for Derbyshire with 59 as the hosts were all out for 184 after being put into bat.
Derbyshire responded well with the ball and Reece picked up four lbw’s to leave Gloucestershire 100-5 at the close, trailing by 84.
