The explosive Vitality Blast returns to Derbyshire in just two weeks.
Under Twenty20 Head Coach, Dominic Cork, Derbyshire will be looking to make a strong start to the competition, in search of their first-ever Finals Day appearance.
The first game of this season’s Vitality Blast schedule will see Derbyshire host local rivalry against Yorkshire Vikings at Queen’s Park, Chesterfield on the 20th July.
The Falcons will be looking for their third-successive home win against the Vikings at Queens’s Park at this year’s BRM Solicitors Chesterfield Festival of Cricket, with a sell-out crowd expected for the fixture.
The Falcons return to the Pattonair County Ground to face East Midlands Rivals, Notts Outlaws on the 26th July, before last season’s semi-finalists, Lancashire Lightning, visit The Pattonair County Ground on Sunday, 28 July in a 2:30pm start.
August begins with a game under the lights against Durham at The Pattonair County Ground, before two more home games come in quick succession against Worcestershire on Tuesday 13 August and the first encounter with Leicestershire in this season’s Vitality Blast on Thursday 15 August.
The final home match is a Friday evening clash against the Northants on the 23rd August.
Tickets for all seven home games are on sale now and start at just £16 for adults and £4 for juniors when bought in advance of the fixture.
