We can’t wait to welcome you back this summer, but in the interest of safety for all Members and supporters, there will be some changes to your usual matchday experience, and we kindly ask all spectators to work with us to make cricket’s return an enjoyable experience for all. It is also likely that there will be changes to our Matchday protocols and procedures from match-to-match as the season progresses.
As a Derbyshire Member you are at the front of the queue for all formats of cricket and as ever, everyone at the Club would like to thank you for your support.

Fixtures & Formats
Derbyshire are set to return to all formats of cricket in 2021, with traditional first-class matches played throughout the summer, while List A action and the explosive Vitality Blast competition come in blocks.
The format of the LV= County Championship has changed for 2021, with counties being placed into three seeded groups base on 2019 and 2020 placings, with each county set to play ten matches at this stage – 5 at home and 5 away. Based on their group position, counties will then move into three divisions to play the final four matches and compete for the Bob Willis Trophy final in September.

Spectator Code of Conduct
To assist our staff and stewards, and to help protect you and your fellow spectators, you are required to follow the below guidelines when visiting our home venues. These measures meet the requirements of current legislation, guidance from the ECB and Safety at Sports Grounds (SGSA) regulations.
These will be different from your last visit and they may also change throughout the summer to comply with the latest government legislation. We kindly ask that supporters are patient with staff and each other as we work to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Vitality Blast Booking
As a Derbyshire Member, you do not need to reserve a ticket, or tell us you’re coming to any LV= County Championship or Royal London Cup matches, (subject to change based on government guidance).
However, booking your Members’ ticket will be essential for Vitality Blast fixtures in 2021.
As you will no doubt be aware, through attending our Vitality Blast fixtures or discussing the format on our monthly Members’ Forums with the Supervisory Board, the Twenty20 competition is pivotal in the Club’s finances each year and maximising attendances helps us reinvest in our cricket budget. We want to make the competition safe, enjoyable and as widely accessible as possible. If you are unable to attend, please do not claim a ticket as this could be re-allocated to another supporter.
Similarly, we ask that if you do book your ticket and subsequently can no longer attend, please let the club know via [email protected] or by calling 01332 388 101 so that we can make your ticket available to another supporter.
While booking your Members’ tickets, you will also be able to purchase additional tickets for fellow supporters within your household/social bubble. Current restrictions dictate that we can only sell tickets within households or social bubbles, with a maximum of six tickets per booking.

Claiming your Members’ Ticket: Leicestershire Foxes (22 June), Notts Outlaws (25 June) and Worcestershire Rapids (2 July)
Following on from your Membership Welcome Letter earlier this summer, it is now time to book your free Members’ tickets for the Vitality Blast matches against Leicestershire Foxes, Notts Outlaws and Worcestershire Rapids.
Our Members have priority entry to all home cricket this summer and should restricted capacities remain in place beyond 21st June, you have the first opportunity to secure your tickets.
The process will remain the same as when previously booking tickets for the first three T20 matches at The Incora County Ground and we urge Members to only claim a ticket if they plan on attending.
You are guaranteed a ticket if booked via the methods below by 5pm on Friday 18th June.
We kindly ask that you either book online at derbyshireccc.com, following the same process used to book tickets already this season, or email [email protected].
1) Book Online
Follow the link to the fixture via derbyshireccc.com and login to your online account. Click “Buy Tickets” next to your chosen fixture, select and navigate to your chosen fixture, before selecting ‘Members’ Ticket’. A handy ‘how to’ video is now available on the Members’ Hub, along with direct links to book your ticket for each fixture.
Incora Executive Members wishing to use the Executive Members facility can select this option from the drop-down menu when booking tickets and as such are not required to select a separate seat.
If you are unable to book online, please email [email protected] stating:
– Your full name (or names if booking for multiple Members in the same social bubble)
– The fixture(s) you wish to book tickets for
– Your preferred stand (Main Falcons Stand, East Midlands Demolition covered stand, Racecourse End, or Air IT Grandstand)
If you email before the deadline specified above then you are guaranteed your tickets. You do not need to re-contact the Club. E-tickets will be sent out to the same email address used to contact us.
If you are unable to email, please call the Club on 01332 388 101. Please note, our opening hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and our telephone lines are extremely busy and we encourage all Members to email in the first instance.
Claiming your Members’ Ticket: Yorkshire Vikings (18 July, The Incora County Ground, Derby)
Derbyshire County Cricket Club can confirm that the Vitality Blast fixture versus Yorkshire Vikings, on Sunday 18 July (2.30pm) has been moved to The Incora County Ground, Derby due to the delayed easing of national restrictions.

Due to the change in venue and a vastly reduced capacity from the usual sell-out crowd at Queen’s Park, the Club will issue refunds to all ticket-buyers (including Members deposits). You do not need to contact the Club for the refund to be actioned.
Once refunds are processed (please allow 10 working days for this to reach you), tickets for the new venue and capacity, including social distancing restrictions, will then be made available via our ticket priority order as outlined below.
Ticket Guarantee & Priority Order
All 2021 match tickets are backed by our Ticket Guarantee. The priority order for tickets in the event of restricted capacities is: Members, Blast Pass Holders, 2020 ticket deferrals, 2021 ticket buyers by date of purchase. The Club has capacity to accommodate all Members and Blast Pass holders, however we ask that you only claim a ticket should you be able to attend.
Derbyshire Members can claim a free ticket to attend the fixture from 9am on Thursday 24 June until 5pm on Sunday 27 June.
This can be done either online or via email and full details will be emailed to you next week.
Members will not be able to claim a ticket before or after the above dates.
If you are a Derbyshire Member who has already claimed your ticket, you do not need to take any further action. Your ticket remains valid. If you are now unable to attend, please inform the Club so we can re-allocate your ticket to another supporter.
Blast Pass Holders
All Blast Pass holders will be able to claim a ticket via the same methods as Members. The window for Blast Pass Holders will also be from 9am on Thursday 24 June until 5pm on Sunday 27 June.
The details of the above policies may change throughout the season. Exact numbers of tickets available to purchase will be based on the available capacity and the necessary bubble / distancing restrictions in place. Any changes to this policy will be communicated to Members via email/post.
The way we are required to operate on a matchday will be different from your last time with us and, as suggested, it will also likely change throughout the summer, dependant on the government guidelines at the time.
The most up-to-date processes will be made available on our Matchday Guides ahead of each fixture. These will be emailed to Members and can also be viewed online HERE.
Gates will open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and we ask all supporters to plan their visit accordingly as we will be unable to allow for the queuing of cars outside of the venue prior to gates opening.
Due to the current restrictions on indoor capacities, the Incora Pavilion will be open for Executive Members only. We hope that restrictions will ease during the summer and we are able to revert to a more normal matchday structure.
A limited catering offering, adhering to the latest government guidelines, will be available during your visit, but you can bring your own food and refreshments to The Incora County Ground. Further details can be found at derbyshireccc.com.
The latest information will be provided in Matchday Guides ahead of each fixture.
Whilst ever the Covid-19 pandemic results in restricted capacities at The Incora County Ground, the Club is unable to offer Guest Passes. This is to ensure that all Members are able to attend, and should capacity restrictions be lifted, Members will be able to claim Guest Passes and further details will be communicated via email and at derbyshireccc.com.

We appreciate there is much uncertainty at the moment, so have included our Membership Guarantee for all 2021 Membership renewals and purchases.
Should the season be impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, Members will remain our priority for entry throughout the season. If coronavirus restrictions remain in place and matches take place behind closed doors, Members will have a number of options open to them, including donate, defer or refund, dependant on the circumstances.
The health and safety of all visitors remains our first priority. Ahead of 2021 season, we will provide updates on health and safety measures via our website and email.
Cashless & Reducing Paper Waste
From the start of the 2021 season, Derbyshire will operate a cashless policy across all Club-managed points of sale on site – from ticket gates, to catering.
There are two reasons for this, the first being a proven increase in the speed of service when accepting card payments only and the second being hygiene as part of our commitment to keeping spectators and staff safe during the Covid-19 pandemic.
All of our catering and bar tills will accept all major debit/credit cards, as well as contactless payment options, including Apple and Android Pay.
The Club will also be continuing its aim to reduce paper waste in 2021 and as such will not be printing matchday scorecards, the appetite for which has lessened in recent seasons due to improved online Match Centres across the game.
Supporters can download a blank scorecard template via the link below, should they wish to fill out a copy for any four-day fixture.
