A skilled business leader with over 35 years’ experience in senior positions, Rachel Morris is CEO at SV2 – Supporting Victims of Sexual Violence Ltd, and founder of the fundraising group Friends of Derby 500 Club.
Morris has held senior strategic roles across the city including at Derby Cathedral, the Diocese of Derby, YMCA Derbyshire, DHA, The Derby Law Centre and Relate, while she has undertaken voluntary roles and chaired multi-agency forums in an attempt to improve the lives of those disadvantaged, vulnerable and marginalised in society.
A trustee of the Derby County Community Trust, responsible for safeguarding and investment, Morris is passionate about the City of Derby and the wider county, while she is a keen Derbyshire cricket supporter, regularly attending matches at The County Ground, where she first worked while studying at University.
