& News
Written by Danny Painter

The Vitality Blast derby versus Yorkshire Vikings has sold out and the Club is advising supporters to plan their journey ahead of the match on Saturday.

All on-site car parking for the match has sold out and no car parking will be available to buy on the day at Queen’s Park.

Only car park pass holders, pre-purchased car park tickets and hospitality guests will be able to park at the ground, via the main entrance off Boythorpe Avenue. Gates open from 12.30pm.

While the Club will always try to accommodate all vehicles visiting the ground, admittance will be on a first come, first served basis. We ask that all visitors try and schedule their arrival at the ground, allowing plenty of time.

Supporters driving to the match on Saturday without pre-purchased car parking are advised to use the public pay and display car parking sites located near the ground and in Chesterfield town centre.

Public Parking

Public parking is available at:

  • Holywell Cross pay and display car park; S40 1UT
  • Pay and display sites – North and South either side of Queen’s Park Sports Centre; S40 2ND.
  • Small Queen’s Park annex car park at Boythorpe Avenue / Park Road; S40 2QE. This is a pay and display car park.

Please do not park at Queen’s Park Sports Centre, this is reserved for sports centre users.

We encourage all supporters to plan their arrival at the ground, allowing plenty of time. Thank you for your co-operation.
