Derbyshire will now face Yorkshire in a three-day Second XI Friendly at Belper Meadows, starting on Tuesday 13 August.
The fixture was originally due to be played against Glamorgan, but following the Welsh county’s qualification for Second XI T20 Finals Day, they have had to pull out, with Derbyshire quick to find a replacement.
The Derbyshire side, led by Head of Development Mal Loye, will now face near-neighbours Yorkshire in the three-day friendly which is the Second XI’s penultimate fixture of 2019.
