& News
Photography by: David Griffin

Following the latest government announcement on Monday 14 June and the delayed easing of national restrictions, the Club can confirm that restricted capacities will remain in place and our Ticket Guarantee & Rollback Policy will come into effect.

The announcement, which extended the current protocols for sports venues until 19 July, allows the Club to confirm the following:

  • All remaining home Vitality Blast group matches will continue to take place under the current Sports Ground Safety Authority (SGSA) Stage 5 guidance
  • Social distancing will remain in place at The Incora County Ground
  • All supporters will be allocated a seat for their visit
  • Members are required to claim a ticket for all Vitality Blast fixtures (further detail on the Members’ Hub)
  • All fixtures except for the visit of Leicestershire Foxes are currently off sale
  • The fixture versus Yorkshire Vikings will take place at The Incora County Ground, Derby
  • Where necessary, tickets will be rolled back and refunded as outlined below

Ticket Guarantee

All 2021 match tickets are protected by our Ticket Guarantee. Due to the restriction on capacities being extended to cover the entire Vitality Blast Group Stage, the Club will begin to roll back ticket purchases in line with the priority order below for any fixture which exceeds the Club’s ground capacity.

Priority Order: Derbyshire Members, Blast Pass Holders, 2020 ticket deferrals, 2021 ticket buyers by date of purchase.

Leicestershire Foxes (Tuesday 22 June, 7pm)

A limited amount of tickets remain on sale for this fixture and can be purchased online HERE.

The exclusive window for Members and Blast Pass holders to claim tickets (details here) has now closed. You can still claim a ticket alongside ticket-buyers until the fixture is sold out.

Please note that due to the proximity of this fixture, supporters can only choose e-tickets as the method of delivery.

Notts Outlaws (Friday 25 June, 7pm) & Worcestershire Rapids (Friday 2 July, 7pm)

The exclusive window for Members and Blast Pass holders to claim tickets (details here) has now closed.

All Members and Blast Pass holders who claimed a ticket, as well as supporters who deferred their tickets from 2020 to 2021, have been allocated a seat.

Any remaining capacity will be allocated to supporters who purchased tickets in 2021 by purchase date, with those who bought the earliest given priority.

Any supporters whom the Club cannot accommodate will be contacted via email with full details regarding their refund and how to register for priority ticket sales in 2022.

Yorkshire Vikings (Sunday 18 July, 2.30pm)

Derbyshire County Cricket Club can confirm that the Vitality Blast fixture versus Yorkshire Vikings, on Sunday 18 July (2.30pm) has been moved to The Incora County Ground, Derby due to the delayed easing of national restrictions.

Further detail on the change of venue can be found here.

All tickets for the fixture are now off-sale and further information for Members and current ticket-holders can be found HERE.

What happens next?

The Club is working hard to allocate seats for the Notts Outlaws and Worcestershire Rapids fixture, before rolling back any purchases above the ground capacity. If you are successful in being allocated a ticket, you will receive confirmation via email and your e-tickets/postal tickets will be sent to you.

For the full and latest details regarding the Yorkshire Vikings fixture, please click HERE. All Members, Blast Pass holders and ticket-buyers will be contacted with further information.

If the Club needs to refund your purchase, for the reasons and priority order detailed above, we will contact you via email as soon as possible next week to provide confirmation of your full refund.

We kindly ask supporters do not contact the Club at this stage to enquire about their ticket validity, as we will be unable to provide assurance until all allocating has been completed.

The Club apologises for any inconvenience caused and while the current Covid-19 restrictions have limited our ability to open our gates to the usual thousands of passionate Derbyshire supporters, we thank you for your continued support and look forward to welcoming you as soon as possible.
